This is a Red Cross Certified Course in Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors, FL

You must be
• at least 15 years old
• able to swim 300 yards in a forward fashion
• Surface dive, feet-first or headfirst, to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object. 

You have to bring your own or purchase from us:

•  Personal Whistle

•  Personal Resuscitation mask for CPR ($10)

Class takes place in heated outdoor pool, getting in and out of the water will be required please consider bringing:

• Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, long sleeve shirt to protect skin

• Swimsuit or wetsuit

• Towel

After finishing online registration please call or text Lifeguard Instructor Roman to (786) 301-0779 to request your unique voucher for the online portion of the course. Online part should be finished 24 hours prior to the scheduled in-water session.
